Let a Yoga DVD Review Save You Time and Money

Are you fascinated with and eager to begin yoga? Start with a good yoga DVD, but let a good yoga DVD review point you to the best one.

Eager to learn yoga but also a little apprehensive and way too self-conscious to start with a class at the studio or gym, you should begin your yoga practice with a well-chosen DVD. Learning the basics and developing your fitness with a DVD, you enjoy the luxury of practicing in your own space and time, and you may modify the practice to fit your skills and readiness. You have pause, rewind, and fast forward. A good yoga DVD initiates you into its spirituality, philosophy, method, and practice, building your enthusiasm and motivating you to learn more. A really bad yoga DVD, however, will drive you into Pilates just as fast as you can say "asana." Use online yoga DVD reviews to guide your choice of the best video for beginners.

What You Want in the DVD

Yoga guides you toward control over your body, peace with your self, and union with the universe's eternal spirit. Physical discipline contributes to your psychological and emotional strength, building your spiritual awareness. The best DVD's initiate you into practice with healthy respect for its philosophy, but they also respect and honor your desire for a good work-out. The best yoga DVD's stroke this balance as they teach you to strike poses. The practice sessions ought to follow the principles of safe exercise, beginning with stretching and warm-ups, advancing to strength-building and some cardiovascular work, and concluding with appropriate cool-down moves and more proper stretching. You should move from pose to pose at a comfortable pace, and you ought to like your instructor. It makes very little sense to study yoga with a drill sergeant.

What You Need from the Yoga DVD Review

A useful, well-written review summarizes and explains the video's content, introducing you to yoga's specialized language but delivering the facts in ordinary language. Naturally, a good yoga DVD review evaluates the workout's appropriateness for beginners: Does it begin with the fundamentals of yoga? Does it begin with concern for novice practitioners who are not exactly in peak physical condition? Does it introduce fundamental asanas commonly practiced in every class everywhere? The writer should pay attention to the instructor's style and the video's mood and tone, but he or she should not attempt a rigorous film critique. The reviewer ought to consider the DVD's "production values," and he or she ought to assess whether or not the film is, in fact, too entertaining. If a beginner gets so engrossed in the instructor and class she forgets to exercise with all the pretty people, the DVD does not do her much good.

Of course, you find the most reliable, down-to-earth yoga DVD reviews small sites run by real yoga enthusiasts.

Three Ways To Convert PowerPoint Presentation to DVD

I had been researching this topic for I was facing the problem a year ago. By trying a lot of software, I found these below methods to convert PowerPoint Presentation to DVD.

1. The best way is to use the professional PowerPoint to DVD software, which is easy to use and powerful. The software I suggest is Wondershare PPT2DVD .It is the best software that can Perfectly convert PPT to DVD without the animation and transition losing. And what's more, you can control each slide when play it on TV with a remote control just like you play it in PowerPoint. But this software only run on Windows platform ,can not support Mac.

2. The second way is to use some screen capture software. Capture the screen when you play the slide show when finished you can get a video file such as AVI or WMV or other formats. then you can burn the video to a DVD disk with a burning tool such as Nero. The best software of the screen capture tools is Camtasia studio By this way you can convert it to video files , But when you burn it to DVD, you can not control the presentation by a remote control for each slide. Only can see it as a movie.

3. The third way to get a good result, if you have the equipment, is to use a TV-out graphics card to output direct to a DVD recorder

The software I mentioned above can be found below.

DVD Storage Ideas

There are many good useful DVD storage Ideas out there, but some of them just might not work for everyone. Here are a few ideas of how to store your DVDs so that they are out of the way but still handy.

A DVD stand or a bookshelf is a great way to store all of your DVDs if you have a large amount. There are many bookshelves that have smaller shelves so that the book case itself doesn't stick out very far from the wall. In the event of getting a DVD stand, be aware of the fact that the DVD stand usually only holds approximately one hundred DVDs. By using a bookshelf, you can choose the size of the book case so you can determine how many DVDs it will hold.

Another great DVD Storage Idea is using a DVD or CD case. Some of those cases can hold up to one thousand DVDs without the cases. With a DVD or CD case, you can buy extra sleeves if you run out and then you have even more room to store your DVDs. The downside to using a DVD or CD storage case is that the cases will not fit with the DVDs. You would either have to toss the DVD cases or find another place to store them. The DVD storage case will fit easily on any shelf or under your television set.

There are many nice DVD racks that come in all shapes and sizes now. For some of the nicer ones, like the ones that look like a piece of art, they are a little more expensive. They cost more because they are usually a metal fabrication but look gorgeous and the DVDs are usually hidden on the back side or inside the design so that they are not noticeable from the outside. These sort of designs provide a dual function in that they hide your movies so you won't have them stolen or taken, they provide you with a nice piece of art or statuary while at the same time, giving you some place to store your DVDs.

If you need a super inexpensive way to store your DVDs the best DVD storage Idea is to use paper sleeves. They are not the best protection for your DVDs, but will keep away the dust, and prevent them from being destroyed. This way, you are sure to maximize your space, especially if you have a lot of burned DVDs.

DVD Duplication v/s DVD Replication

Duplicating means to copying, Identical, Exact copy of one thing or reproduction. It is act or process of reproducing something. It is carbon copy, image, and copy. Bearing exact features of the original, from which the copy is made. It therefore means a copy that corresponds to an original exactly

To replicate means an act of duplicating or reproducing something, an echo or reverberation, a copy or reproduction. Again we see that is a process of duplicating or reproducing something. It is a Duplicate made by original maker.

Here we come close. Both words have similar meaning just bearing a thin line to differentiate each other.

Conclusion drawn from the above text is the copies can be made or Duplicated or anything can be identically be copied manually or by help of machines (photocopies, imaging machines etc) by any individual.

Technology has played wonders. Duplication of a document in thousands of numbers can be obtained in seconds. High tech copiers with digital technology have gained market and importance due to speed, quality and due to the special feature of being cost effective.

Media is an initial and essential ingredient of our high tech digital world. Advent of computers, it advancements, passing through different stages and coming up to the present stage where we have smaller faster units, requiring to occupy small physical space, storage devises that too occupies larger spaces and copying and storage used to burdensome.
DVD Duplication is the process of duplicating data onto an existing pre-made disc. This disc is known as DVDR, short for Digital Versatile Disc Recordable, respectively.

DVD Duplication is same as to duplicating other storage media. In all cases your are duplicating data onto existing media. Existing media is the key. The process begins with a pre-made disc that is capable of receiving recorded data.
Duplicating DVD is simpler, faster and more cost effective.

DVD Replication is the manufacturing process that essentially replicates or "clones" your original master. A Glass Master is created from your original master.

A Glass Master is created from your original master.

It is from the Glass Master a set of "stampers" are made. The stampers or molds are the blueprint for DVD replication process. After mounting stampers into a High Tech injection mold machine. During molding process, a replica of the mold is created in the form of a plastic disc. The disc is then coated with a micro-thin reflective layer of aluminum.

Finally DVD replication process involves application of a protective lacquer that is spun onto the disc and then hardened by ultraviolet (UV) light. The replication process is now complete. DVD Replication therefore is longer, more costly process but ensures quality, accuracy and speed from start to finish.

Review National Treasure (Widescreen Edition)

National Treasure (Widescreen Edition) Best Review

National Treasure(released Nov/04)is an exceptionally engaging film which combines many elements of cyrptology, archeology, symbology, legends and half truths regarding the Masons and Knights Templar and all shaken and stirred into an Indiana Jones "glass".It contains a good solid cast of actors and coupled with Jon Turteltaub's taught directing skills this film is a clear winner.
The story involves one Ben Gates(Nick Cage)whose family has been guarding a passed down secret of a huge long lost treasure for generations. Finally getting a financial backer one Ian Howe(Sean Bean),they travel to the Arctic to uncover a long lost ship which contains a clue. The clue tells Ben the next important piece of the puzzle lies on the back of the Declaration of Independence.Howe tells him that he can obtain the document and this is the moment Ben realizes he has hooked up with the wrong people.A skirmish ensues and the ship blows up leaving Ben and a friend stranded, having to walk to the nearest settlement to be rescued.
Back in New York Ben visits several law enforcement agencies in an effort to alert them of what is coming. No one believes him and he decides in order to protect the valuable document he will steal it himself.Amazingly this is what he does with both the law and Howe on his tail.Mixed up in this is the curator of the the National Archives in Washington Dr.Chase(Diane Kruger). She inadvertently has to go on the run with Ben and they end up at the home of his father Patrick(Jon Voight),who has been a skeptic of the entire legend all his life.Ben finds his code and it makes a now skeptical believer out of Dr Chase also. When his father discovers what his son really has he is beside himself. In order to keep his father out of the situation however they tie him up and leave him just as the FBI shortly thereafter arrives at the house.
Howe is always dogging Ben and company's footsteps as they travel to Independence Hall in Philly. There they find a strange pair of bi-focals with which to view the back of the Declaration. The treasure they seek is under the old Trinity Church back in NYC.The FBI at one point lays a trap for Ben and for his pursuers Mr.Howe, but Ben manages to escape with the help of Howe who now has his friend,Dr Chase and his father captive. They all travel to the Church and discover a huge grotto which they descend. At the bottom is a room with nothing in it.Ben's father tells Howe the next clue lies in the North Tower in Boston, which is where Howe heads leaving the group stranded. However it is a false clue and Ben discovers an ante room which contains the real treasure. It is filled with thousands of years worth of artifacts and history. When the group re-enters the Church above the FBI swoops in.They are looking for fall guys and Ben gives them Howe and his men at the Church in Boston. As Ben wanted, the treasure/discovery is released to a museum in Cairo for the benefit of all mankind.
Once the movie establishes its premise the action seems to flow non stop throughout and the 130 minutes flies by very fast. Not only is the direction here very good, the editing of the film is fantastic and gives a greater impact to those moments which otherwise would have lagged.Cage,Voight,Bean,Kruger,Keitel(as an FBI man),et al turn in very good performances in their respective parts.
The movie is presented in its' widescreen 2:33:1 aspect ratio and the transfer is crisp and clean.Extras include a behind the scene featurette, deleted scenes,an alternate ending, director movie commentary, Knights Templar and "Treasure Hunters revealed" featurettes,an animatic of the opening scene(an animated storyboard)and some puzzle challenges(each special feature has a letter code to it).
All in all a highly recommended action packed film which is suitable for everyone's enjoyment.Made by Bruckheimer's production unit(Bruckheimer himself was deep into the production of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies at the time) and directed ably by Turteltaub, this film won't fail to please anyone.

National Treasure (Widescreen Edition) Feature

  • CAGE/BEAN/KRUGER/BARTHA

National Treasure (Widescreen Edition) Overview

From Jerry Bruckheimer, producer of PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, and Jon Turteltaub, director of PHENOMENON, comes NATIONAL TREASURE. It's the thrilling, edge-of-your-seat adventure starring Academy Award® winner Nicolas Cage (1995 Best Actor, LEAVING LAS VEGAS) as Benjamin Franklin Gates. Ever since he was a boy, Gates has been obsessed with finding the legendary Knights Templar Treasure, the greatest fortune known to man. As Gates tries to find and decipher ancient riddles that will lead him to it, he's dogged by a ruthless enemy (Sean Bean, THE LORD OF THE RINGS trilogy) who wants the riches for himself. Now in a race against time, Gates must steal one of America's most sacred and guarded documents -- the Declaration of Independence -- or let it, and a key clue to the mystery, fall into dangerous hands. Heart-pounding chases, close calls, and the FBI turn Gates's quest into a high-stakes crime caper and the most exciting treasure hunt you've ever experienced.

National Treasure (Widescreen Edition) Specifications

Like a Hardy Boys mystery on steroids, National Treasure offers popcorn thrills and enough boyish charm to overcome its rampant silliness. Although it was roundly criticized as a poor man's rip-off of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Da Vinci Code, it's entertaining on its own ludicrous terms, and Nicolas Cage proves once again that one actor's infectious enthusiasm can compensate for a multitude of movie sins. The contrived plot involves Cage's present-day quest for the ancient treasure of the Knights Templar, kept secret through the ages by Freemasons past and present. Finding the treasure requires the theft of the Declaration of Independence (there are crucial treasure clues on the back, of course!), so you can add "caper comedy" to this Jerry Bruckheimer production's multi-genre appeal. Nobody will ever accuse director Jon Turtletaub of artistic ambition, but you've got to admit he serves up an enjoyable dose of PG-rated entertainment, full of musty clues, skeletons, deep tunnels, and harmless adventure in the old-school tradition. It's a load of hokum, but it's fun hokum, and that makes all the difference. --Jeff Shannon

We kept forgetting to breathe! - Bibliophile - Grayslake, Illinois USA
I watched this film with my "8" &"10" year olds and we all loved it! My husband said he thought it was a great movie having seen it previously. We all found we kept holding our breath waiting for the next scene to unfold. Nicholas Cage is one of my favorites and two new actors (to me) are two I will look for! "Reilly" and "Miss Chase". Great! Action packed! A keeper!

Review Three Amigos

Three Amigos Best Review

4 stars for the movie itself, 2 stars for the poor quality DVD transfer. Read on for details.

I really like this movie and think it is very creative and funny. For the most part it is family friendly and appeals to all ages, but there are a few swear words and sexual references, so be aware of that if you have little ones. I rate the movie itself 4 out of 5 stars, hence the 4 star rating on this review.

The DVD transfer, however, is poor. I rate it 2 out of 5 stars. The overall quality just isn't as good as it should be in this day and age. It's shaky, grainy, and over compressed. It is also non-anamorphic letter boxed, so it doesn't provide the full resolution that the DVD format is capable of. There is no excuse for that on a DVD released on 2009! The previous release was also non-anamorphic letter boxed, but if I recall correctly, it at least played in the correct aspect ratio on my widescreen TV (black bars all around, and I could use the zoom feature of my TV to fill the screen). This one plays stretched horizontally to fill the screen on my widescreen TV, and I could not correct the aspect ratio by changing the aspect setting on the TV. I haven't had this problem with other letter boxed DVDs. The cover art on the DVD is semi-transparent monochrome silver on silver, and you have to hold it at the proper angle to be able to see it at all. Overall I am very disappointed with the quality of this DVD. They obviously didn't put much effort into it, and it doesn't do justice to this great movie.

Three Amigos Specifications

Three Western stars (Martin Short, Steve Martin, Chevy Chase) from Hollywood silent films go to Mexico for what they assume will be a publicity appearance, and find they've actually been summoned to fight a local bandit. John Landis directed this 1986 comedy with self-conscious artifice, and it's hard to get into his self-congratulatory joke. Even the three main stars, brilliant comics all, can't sustain anything funny in it. --Tom Keogh

A Great Classic - Phyllis -
This is a great classic movie! An old time fav that cracks me up every time I watch it. :)

Not all I thought it would be. - Justin - Wyoming
I purchased Three Amigos because I enjoyed Martin Short so much in Pure Luck, and because some friends recommended it. The movie felt kinda awkward and never really seemed to come together. It had funny moments, but I don't plan to watch it again. Luckily, it was inexpensive.

Great movie, terrible transfer - D. Johnson - Utah, USA
I love this movie, but this transfer is horrible. It was taken from a movie print instead of an original copy of the movie, so it's grainy, has serious stability issues, and is generally not pretty. Not only that, but it's letterboxed on the disc, so if you have a 16x9 television, you'll be watching the movie with black bars on all sides of the screen, with the actual picture only taking up 50% of your TV's screen.

It's a shame that after all of these years that this movie still hasn't been transfered to DVD or Blu-ray properly. It's terrible that such a classic film has to be represented so poorly.

Wireless Microphones For Video Production

I love wireless microphones!

Wireless microphones not only help the videographer get great sound, but they also help you get great video. Not having to mess with that mess of tangled black spaghetti known as audio cables is more than just convenient, it also allows you to put the cameras in positions you couldn't if you were restricted by cables. Using a wireless keeps people from tripping over cables too!

Here is a brief description of how a wireless mic works. First, they usually have half a dozen pieces, but essentially, there are two basic parts.

* Transmitter
* Receiver

The actual microphone is plugged into the transmitter. The person speaking usually wears the transmitter by clipping it to their belt or shoving it into their pocket. Pay close attention when you are watching some TV shows and you can see a little black box about the size of a deck of cards on people's back tucked into their belt. This is the wireless transmitter. They put it on their back to hide it as much as possible.

Then, the receiver is plugged into the camera, or where ever your sound is being recorded.

The transmitter takes the microphone signal and transmits it to the receiver via a radio signal. The receiver picks up the signal much like a radio picks up a radio station signal.

Instead of having your audio travel from the microphone to the recording device through a cable, it travels through the air. So it is this cable that is eliminated. This is the only cable that is eliminated, but it is your most limiting cable so dealing with the other cables is no big deal. Other cables are used to plug the mic into the transmitter and the receiver into the recording device, so a wireless microphone system is not COMPLETELY wireless, which can confuse people.

You can buy wireless microphone in sets, like the one pictured above. This way, you can easily use multiple mics together. Each mic needs to have its own radio signal. Problems arise when these radio signals conflict or get crossed. Sets eliminate that problem. You can also eliminate the problem by setting your mics to different frequencies, but that takes both a microphone that allows you that kind of control and the know-how to do it. It's usually not too complicated though.

A good wireless microphone will cost quite a bit more than a comparable wired mic. Anything cheaper than $300 is probably not very good. A crummy wireless is a total pain in the butt because the signal will cut out and have tons of interference and static.

If there is no advantage to using a wireless, go with a wired. The advantages of using a wireless usually boil down to being able to let the camera move more freely and be further away from the people speaking. So if you're recording something while everyone is seated, using a wireless microphone is not going to help you much.

You can buy wireless microphone systems that do not actually include a microphone, it is just the transmitter and receiver. These work with multiple microphones. You can get a hand held mic, a lavaliere and a shot gun microphone all to work with the same transmitter and receiver system.

If you are shooting video where the camera needs to move about freely, having a wireless microphone is very helpful.

B&H photo has a great selection of wireless mics. I just went to their site and 94 pages worth of results came up for the keywords wireless microphone.

CGI Cyber Movies

The movie 300 heralded the beginning of a new era in film making. So hot on the heels of 300, Beowolf suggests that the digital film revolution is beginning to gather pace. How long can actors, agents and cameramen continue to claim that they are an integral part of the film making process?

Since the early 1990's it has been clear that film making was heading into the direction of a cellulose-less medium. Few would have imagined then, that film-making would ultimately become digital, largely film-less, tape-less and now, location-less! This has largely been down to the economic necessity of the low budget film-maker who cannot compete financially with the studios on the procurement of brand label promotional actors habitually resident of the A-list. Instead, they use the skills learned on their home computer, whilst growing up, to create an imaginary digital world in cyberspace that magically looks exactly like the real world, except for the fact that its free and created on their personal computer. Brand names only look good if they are in the best and most glossy movies, but then again, so do little-known, unknown and un-named actors too! So what's the solution to this problem of fame?

Studio based movies are very quickly proving not only the economic reality of the film industry but working hand in hand with the new digital artists who create moving images in computers and integrate them so well with live-action, that it is almost impossible to tell them apart. Many of these movies look so good and their storylines produced and presented so well, that Hollywood and other centers of excellence must be shuddering at the thought of an avalanche of high quality low-budget movies without star names attached which will steal their thunder and ultimately steal their revenues from right under their noses.

Digital Film Schools and other film courses such as The Lyceum of Theatrical Film in London (www.thelyceum.co.uk) no longer only teach the fundamentals of cinematography, clapper-loading etc, but primarily the story concept and the way to express it, its perception and presentation all storyboarded in digital imaging terms. Blue or green screen is a fundamental of the 21st century digital film process as is the use of Lightwave 3D 9, 3D animation package used on '300', 'Sin City' and 'Pan's Labyrinth', Endorphin, Dynamic Motion Synthesis software, used to create 'virtual stunt doubles', Vue Infinite 3D terrain generator, used on 'Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest' and others.

Review Breaking Bad: The Complete First Season [Blu-ray]

Breaking Bad: The Complete First Season [Blu-ray] Best Review

I did not start watching AMC's "Breaking Bad" until after the second season had already aired. Having played catch-up and seen Seasons 1-3 in their entirety, I do not hesitate when I tell people that this is simply the best show on television right now, bar none.

But most people spend these reviews talking about how great the series is, so I'll skip the warm-and-fuzzies and talk directly about the Season 1 DVD set that you are probably trying to decide whether to buy or not. Here's my recommendation: Buy it.

First off, the box and cases. The box art is terrific, with the iconic Walt-White-in-tightie-whities stuck right onto the front. The box (which doesn't take up more than 3/4 an inch of shelf space, if even that) contains two plastic disc cases -- the first holds Episodes 1-6, and the second holds Episode 7 along with the Bonus Features. While I would avoid getting the box (which is something in between paper and cardboard) wet, the plastic cases hold up pretty well... I've dropped them several times and they've never so much as cracked on me.

The picture quality is terrific. AMC is known for shooting their scripted television almost cinematically, so if you're a full-screen fanatic, get the heck out of here because widescreen is the only way to watch these. Blu-Ray babies: Sorry, the colors don't necessarily pop, but this isn't the kind of show that necessarily would benefit from that anyway.

And finally, the bonus features. Audio commentaries are attached to both the pilot episode and Episode 6 ("Crazy Handful of Nothin'"), and feature showrunner Vince Gilligan, along with cast and occasionally crew. Most of the time, it can be pretty entertaining. The second disc has a Making Of feature for those of you who like that sort of thing; the real meat of the behind-the-scenes, though, comes from their 'Inside Breaking Bad' video compilation, in which each video is dedicated to a different aspect of the show (one video deals with Bryan Cranston shaving his head for the role, while another deals with the aforementioned tightie-whities). Also on the disc is a photo gallery and a segment of AMC's interview program called "Shootout," when Cranston, Gilligan, and producer Mark Johnson appeared to promote the show. And last but certainly not least, the Bonus Features include screen tests of actors Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt, and Dean Norris; really cool stuff if, again, you are into that sort of thing.

Overall, a terrific box set for the show's first season, cut short by the writers' strike a few years ago. Season 2's boxset is even better, and I recommend that as soon as you buy this set, you hop on over and buy that one as well.

I hope this review was informative, and I hope you enjoy the show as much as I did.

The picture

Breaking Bad: The Complete First Season [Blu-ray] Overview

Emmy Award winner Bryan Cranston stars as Walter White, a down-on-his-luck chemistry teacher struggling to make ends meet for his wife (Anna Gunn) and physically challenged son (RJ Mitte). Everything changes when Walter receives a startling diagnosis: terminal lung cancer. With only a few years to live and nothing to lose, Walter uses his training as a chemist to cook and sell crystal meth with one of his former students (Aaron Paul). As his status grows, so do his lies, but Walt will stop at nothing to make sure his family is taken care of after he's gone, even if it means putting all their lives on the line. Executive produced by Vince Gilligan and Mark Johnson.

Breaking Bad: The Complete First Season [Blu-ray] Specifications

No one would confuse the desperate dad Bryan Cranston plays in this character-driven drama with the fun-loving Hal from Malcolm in the Middle. In AMC's Breaking Bad, Walter White lives in the suburbs with his wife--and wears tighty-whiteys--but the similarities end there. During the pilot, the cash-strapped chemistry teacher finds out he has inoperable lung cancer. He and Skyler (Deadwood's Anna Gunn) have one son, Walter Jr. (R.J. Mitte), and a daughter on the way. With two years to get his affairs in order, Walter comes up with a wild plan: he and former student Jesse (Aaron Paul), a drug dealer, will open a meth lab.

In the hands of creator Vince Gilligan (The X-Files), Bad's first season plays like the improbable offspring of Weeds and The Shield. With nothing left to lose, the Albuquerque 50-year-old uses his death sentence as a catalyst to break every rule he's ever followed while keeping his family--including Skyler's radiologist sister, Marie (Betsy Brandt), and her DEA agent husband, Hank (Dean Norris)--out of the loop. Throughout these seven episodes, Walt takes on a hostage, a dead body, and a partner who likes to sample his own product. Based on the description alone, the program shouldn't work as well as it does, except Gilligan and company keep the situations psychologically believable and Emmy winner Cranston makes Walt surprisingly sympathetic as he swings between compassion and self-interest. As he tells his students, "Chemistry is the study of change," a statement that applies equally well to the show, since Walt ends up in a very different place than the one he began. This three-disc set comes complete with cast and crew commentary, an installment of AMC's Shootout, two featurettes, deleted scenes, and screen tests. --Kathleen C. Fennessy

Unbelievable show! - Charizard -
After hearing everyone talk about this at work (I don't own an actual TV) I decided to buy the boxed set for the first season and chance it. This show is amazing! Fantastic portrayals of suprisingly deep characters. Great suspense!

Absorbing Low Key Show about Chemistry Teacher AKA Drug Dealer - Lynn Ellingwood - Webster, NY United States
Teachers do the most interesting things these days and teaching doesn't seem to be one of them. Breaking Bad is an about a Chemistry Teacher who learns he has lung cancer. He wavers on treatment but doesn't waiver on learning a new line of work to help his family after he is gone. It's called drug dealing and he makes crystal meth. He even enlists a former student and high school dropout to help him in his new endeavor. The show is absorbing and very interesting. It is low key and not showy but doesn't hesitate to see humor in the man's predicament. His wife is pregnant with their second child. Their first child has cerebral palsy. His sister in law is a shop lifter married to a fervent DEA agent. The dropout he ignored in school now becomes his favorite pupil. So much for role models. Good show with a lot going for it.

Haveta Disagree Some - Dermot - maryland
Three stars for Cranston's solid acting. But geeze. Teacher with a wife, son with medical problems, and baby on the way...doesn't have life insurance? Learns he has cancer and thinks, well, I'll just sell meth. Hm. I don't see the psychological or economic basis. And that absence lingers throughout. The first season leads to that dreadful scene in the drug merchant's lair...with lots of bad acting and that ridiculous explosion. This is stuff for adolescent boys of a certain ilk. But Cranston is terrific.

Hot Navel Show in South Indian Movies

If you are fond of navels and want to see some of the hottest women with sexy bellybuttons, you should watch South Indian movies. These movies, typically masala movies, have a gripping storyline, mind boggling fight sequences and beautiful actresses.

Some of the movies are heroine oriented and have actresses playing meaningful roles. Like Telugu movie Arundhati in which actress Anushka played a very powerful role and shot to fame overnight. But a majority of movies have glamor as the indispensable part of story. And surprisingly the actresses are so beautifully portrayed that you will be mesmerized by their beauty. There are no nude scenes but still seductive movements, rain songs and sexy costumes are there.

One of the thing that has become almost like a fashion trend in these movie is that of navel show. Hot navel show by a sexy actress can leave male fans dry mouthed. The actresses tie the Saree below their navel to attract attention. Even in tight jeans, the sexy belly button of the actresses is shown very nicely. And these movies are crowd puller.

South Indian actresses are mostly voluptuous in their body structure and so is their belly. There are many actresses like Namitha, Trisha, Nayantara who have large fan following. Their name is enough to pull crowds to the theaters. And then there are actresses of old years typically known as aunties due to their age factor. And do not be fooled by their age. These actresses are so sexy that they can sometimes give the new actresses a run for their money. Rambha, Simran, Ramya, Babilona, Shakeela can be put in to this category. And as for fans these are called evergreen beauties who have an equally large fan base. It is truly a pleasure to watch these beauties. And the credit of making navel show a trend goes to these cine beauties only. Now it is common for women to wear navel revealing costumes in parties and daily life.
